Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This policy explains what information Everstone LLC ("Everstone," "we," "us") collects through our website, everstonehealth.com, and what we do with it. It covers the website only. Information that clinics and their staff enter into the Everstone application is handled under the agreements that govern that service, not under this policy.
Who we are
Everstone LLC 7901 4th St N #28961 St. Petersburg, FL 33702 info@everstonehealth.com
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, start a free trial, request a demo, or ask about logging in, our form asks for:
- your work email address;
- your role, for example owner, clinical director or clinician;
- your clinic's name.
The form also records which button you used to open it, for example "Schedule a demo," so we know what you asked for. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Please do not include information about your patients or clients in the form or in emails to us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and the service providers that help us run it may automatically collect information about your visit and your device, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We may collect this information through server logs, cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We, and the service providers that help us run this website, may use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, local storage and scripts, to:
- operate the website and keep it secure, including signing staff in to its editing tools;
- remember your preferences;
- understand how visitors find and use the website, so we can improve it;
- measure how well our communications and marketing work.
Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before using cookies that are not needed to run the website.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, or alert you when a cookie is set. If you block cookies, parts of the website may not work as intended. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only to:
- contact you about access to Everstone, including your trial or demo request;
- answer your questions;
- keep the website running and secure.
We use information collected automatically to operate, secure and improve the website and to understand how visitors use it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Who receives it
We share information with service providers that help us operate the website and our business, such as our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which also stores form submissions, and any analytics, security or communication tools we use. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where needed to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Everstone is ever part of a merger or sale, information may pass to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and form submissions until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer need them to contact you about Everstone. You can be removed at any time by emailing info@everstonehealth.com. We keep emails you send us only as long as we need them to answer you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to remove you from the waitlist. Email info@everstonehealth.com and we will act on your request within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or method of storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
